Getting started with Violet Education

How to get started with Violet Education.

To access Violet Education:

1. Log in to app.joinviolet.com.
2. Click the graduation cap icon in the left navigation pane.

You'll see two tabs to choose from:

Catalog - Browse all education available on Violet’s platform, including:

• Collections - Typically 4 15-minute e-learning courses focused on a singular topic area.
• Pathways -  A curated selection of collections that progress from foundations to advanced clinical topics. These are recommended for a more structured learning experience. 
• All education - A comprehensive list of all courses, including those hosted from third-party sites.

My education - Keep track of education you've started or completed.

• In-progress - Circle back to any courses, collections, or pathways that you've already started but have not completed.
• Completions & certificates - This tab is a record of all of the courses you've completed with an option to claim and download your CE/CME certificates. 

Filters

Be sure to use the filters to find exactly what you're looking for. If you're hoping to improve your Benchmarks in a specific community, we recommend filtering education by that community and completing education. Your Benchmarks will be updated automatically.

Select the appropriate accrediting organization to ensure the education you complete satisfies your licensing requirements.

What are assigned courses?

Assigned courses are selected by your sponsoring organization, such as a healthcare facility, digital health company, or health plan network. These courses are often required to meet compliance standards or other organizational goals.

The administrator at your sponsoring organization will have visibility into your course completions and Benchmarks. We recommend completing your assigned education before moving onto other coursework.
