Sharing Benchmarks publicly
Showcase your achievements in culturally competent care on Linkedin and your personal website.
What can I use my Benchmarks for?
As a Verified Inclusive Provider, you receive a badge that highlights your commitment to culturally competent care. You can showcase this badge:
- On your personal website
- In your Linkedin profile
- In participating provider directories where patients search for you (when applicable)
To earn Verified Inclusive Provider status, you must achieve at least an Awareness Benchmark in one or more of Violet’s measured communities.

How do I share my Benchmarks?
When you earn your first Benchmark or level up, you'll receive an email notification from Violet. Additionally, the next time you sign into the app, you’ll see a notification prompting you to share your achievement or add more experience to your profile.
You can share your Benchmarks anytime by heading to your dashboard, and click the button to Share Benchmarks. Then follow the steps below based on where you would like to share to:
Adding badges to your Linkedin profile
- Select ‘Linkedin’ to add one or more Verified Inclusive Provider badges to the certifications section at the bottom of your profile.
- Choose the Benchmark you’d like to showcase and click Share Benchmark. If you’ve earned multiple Benchmarks, you’ll need to repeat this process for each one.
- A new tab will open on LinkedIn with the license or certification details pre-filled.
- Click ‘Save’ and double-check that it appears on your profile.
- Repeat these steps to add another Benchmark to your profile.
- Be sure to update these as you level up in the future.
Adding badges to your website
Violet provides a custom HTML embed code that allows you to display your Verified Inclusive Provider badge on external websites. Your badge is personalized with your name, Benchmark level (Cultural Awareness, Proficiency, or Excellence), date earned, and the community it applies to (BIPOC, LGBQ, or TGNC).
This code can be added to your website builder or emailed to your website administrator. Follow the steps below to generate your custom HTML block:
- Select ‘HTML’ to generate a custom HTML embed code for your personal or other website.
- Choose one or more Benchmarks to display. Multiple badges will appear stacked.
- Click ‘Copy embed code’ – this will copy the HTML block to your clipboard.
- Enter the HTML block into your website’s HTML editor or send it to the website’s administrator.
- Be sure to generate new HTML code when you level up in the future.
