Violet's care coordination platform pulls data from numerous sources to allow care coordination teams to seamlessly get members to culturally and linguistically appropriate care. These data sources include:

1. Monthly provider rosters from each health plan partner.

2. National Claims (Medical and Pharmaceutical) data feed.

3. Provider NPI Registry. 

Violet consolidates these data sources, cleanses them, and optimizes them for accuracy. The result in the Care Coordination functionality, which allows for seamless searching and querying to the rich insights about provider skills.

The output results of each search will include: 

• Provider's full name
• Provider's Organization 
• Provider specialty 
• Provider account status on Violet's platform 
• Provider's care delivery languages 
• Providers Violet Benchmarks 
• (Coming soon) - Provider's Facility Phone Numbers

Violet explicitly includes Provider's account status to denote where the data is primarily pulling from: provider themselves or through third-party sources (e.g. Provider Rosters, Claims data, etc.)
