Violet Verified Organizations

What’s a Violet Verified Organization?

A Violet Verified Organization is a provider organization that has demonstrated a measurable commitment to person-centered care. Verification is awarded when the organization meets these criteria:

  • 30% or more of its clinical providers (licensed professionals, pre-licensed individuals, and interns) accept the invitation to join Violet and complete their profiles to receive Benchmarks.
  • 40% or more of those providers achieve an Awareness Benchmark in at least one patient population—BIPOC, LGBQ, or TGNC, Rural, Neurodivergent, or Veteran.

This designation affirms that an organization is actively building the conditions for more equitable, personalized care, ensuring that providers are better positioned to meet the needs of patients across diverse identities.

What are the benefits of becoming Verified?

  • Increasingly, health plans are tying provider performance to value-based care programs, with enhanced reimbursements for organizations that demonstrate competencies in serving diverse patient populations.
  • Beyond financial impact, Verified status is a powerful way to showcase your organization's commitment. You can highlight your designation on your website, in marketing materials, and in RFPs, building trust with patients, payers, and partners who are seeking organizations proven to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

How do I check if my organization meets the criteria?

To check if your organization meets the verification criteria, go to the overview tab of your dashboard. On the right, you'll see your organization’s progress for each requirement. The requirement related to the number of Violet Verified Providers will remain disabled until 30% of your organization has onboarded to Violet.
