Education is how providers move their Violet Benchmarks — and how your network's person-centered care capacity grows over time. The Education engagement page under My network shows you which in-network providers are actively building skills, in which communities, and through which organizations.
Open the page
- Sign in to Violet and select My network in the left-hand navigation.
- Select Education engagement.
Read the headline metrics
The tiles at the top summarize engagement for your current filters:
- Courses completed (or Collections completed, depending on the view toggle)
- Hours learning
- Average course rating
- CE/CME credits earned
Filter and switch views
- Use the Course view / Collection view toggle to flip between individual courses and Violet's curated collections.
- Filter by course or collection name, provider name, or date range (last 30 days, last 90 days, year to date, last 12 months, or all time).
- To see engagement at an organizational level, filter by provider organization — this is the quickest way to compare how different organizations in your network are engaging.
Review individual completions
The Education completions table lists each active provider's completed education with the organization they belong to, the course or collection, the publisher, completion date, hours, and the patient communities the education focuses on (for example BIPOC, LGBQ, Rural, TGNC, Veteran, and more).
Export the data
Click Export CSV above the completions table to download the currently filtered data — useful for quality-improvement documentation, quarterly business reviews with provider organizations, or tracking progress against network goals.
Ways to use this page
- Spot momentum: filter to the last 30 days to see which organizations are actively engaging right now.
- Tie learning to gaps: if your Service areas insights show a competency gap for a community in a region, check whether providers there are completing education focused on that community.
- Recognize leaders: use all-time data to identify the most engaged organizations and providers in your network.
