Education platform
Violet’s platform offers CE/CME-accredited courses to help providers deliver more culturally responsive care. We’ll cover how the platform is structured, the topics providers can expect to see, and why it’s effective in improving patient outcomes.
Violet’s Clinical Education platform overview.
Violet’s education platform equips health care providers and non-clinical staff with the knowledge and skills to deliver more culturally responsive care. Our CE/CME-accredited courses focus on closing known health disparities, offering guidance on preventive screenings, and care considerations for diverse patient populations.
Each course is developed by a carefully vetted group of doctors, psychiatrists, social workers, community leaders, and industry experts—backed by our clinical review board to ensure it is rooted in both expertise and real-world experience. These educators bring the voices and lived experiences of the communities we aim to support—rural populations, individuals with disabilities, and more—while also offering deep insight into complex topics like vaccines and genetic testing. Through self-reflection exercises, real patient stories, and actionable strategies, Violet’s education fosters greater empathy, awareness, and tangible improvements in care.
How is Violet’s education platform organized?
Violet’s education platform is designed to accommodate even the busiest providers, offering flexible learning opportunities.
Courses (15 minutes): The building blocks of our curriculum, each course is concise yet impactful, following a structured format:
- Background & context – Understanding key concepts and historical context
- Application – Practical strategies for real-world care
- Demonstration – Case vignettes and audio diaries illustrating best practices in action
- Takeaway – Actionable insights that providers can immediately apply
Collections (~1 hour): A set of 3-4 related courses, providing a deeper dive into a specific topic. Each collection typically earns 1 CE/CME credit.
Learning Pathways (3+ hours): A curated, longer-term learning experience that builds from foundational concepts to advanced topics, addressing the unique needs of specific communities and/or prevalent health disparities.
Our education library is easily searchable by topic, community, provider specialty, and accrediting body. Providers can easily navigate to what’s new and trending, as well as any assigned courses by their associated organization or network.
